RockStart Buffer

 
With this Hot-Start PCR buffer system, you can use the enzyme of yourchoice. The buffer precipitates magnesium to prevent primer-dimers and non-specific products. Upon normal cycling, the magnesium is freed. Noinitial soak at 95 degrees is necessary, and all DNA polymerases tested are effective. Includes buffer and Magnesium for 200 50ul reactions
